Mr. Romaniello graduated from Law School at Santa Maria University in 2.002. He obtained five excellence mentions during the course of his university studies, and continued to obtain a post graduate degree in Civil Law, Mention Liabilities from Salamanca University, Spain in 2.003.
He practiced as legal aid in the firm Romaniello, Kings and Associates through four (04) years, up to his definitive separation in the year 2.002, when he started a free-lance practice in the field of Litigation of Civil and Mercantile Law.
In the year 2.004, he became a free - lance litigant for the Consortium in the area of Manufactures Liabilities and Consumer Rights Protection, acting before such administrative organisms

as the Institute for the Defense and Protection to the Consumer and User (INDECU) and the National Chamber of Mechanical Workshops (CANATAME).
He has been a litigant in the area of Civil law before the Civil and Mercantile Courts, the Room of Civil and Social Cassation from the Supreme Court of Justice, as well as in the First and Second Courts for Administrative and Litigious matters. As judicial representative of companies and individuals, he has demonstrated a keen ability for judicial litigation and for the perception of the legality in the cases he has handled as specialist, particularly, in such difficult matter as the theory of manufacturers and distributors liability.
He has represented in and out of court companies from many fields of industry including Car Manufacturing, Agriculture, Public Finances, Petrochemical Telecommunications, Food, as well as multiple individual clients searching for their day in court after their rights have been harmed. He is also the Attorney of confidence for the Italian Consulate in Venezuela.
