Mr. Kennet Koesling Durán has dedicated his professional effort to the field of Private law: Civil, Mercantile, Children & Family; this experience has granted him a wide theoretical and practical knowledge in these matters, which improves his performance in the necessary tactics for conflict resolutions within a private family environment. Nevertheless, nowadays he is focusing his efforts to the field of Tax law.
Mr. Kennet Koesling graduated from Law at Santa Maria University in the year 2.002, but he had been acquiring experience in the judicial area throughout his university years. He worked as Legal Aid for several independent lawyers during most of his university education, specifically in the Civiland Mercantile field, which contributed

to his good knowledge of the civil processes established in the Code of Civil Procedures, and to the basic fundamental concepts of Litigation and Evidential law.
Kennet Koesling Durán is presently practicing privately; nevertheless he has performed successfully as a Public Defender (Ad-Litem); in these functions he acquired fundamental knowledge for his procedural performance. At present he represents and advises individuals with familiar and inheritance conflicts. Likewise he offers advice to companies among others. He is presently getting a Tax Law Post Graduate degree at the Santa Maria University.
