until October 1997 he was appointed as Legal Aid for the extinct Second City Court from the Caracas Metropolitan Judicial District; from 1997 to 1998 he was a legal assistant at the Direction of Intelligence and Prevention Service. Soon after, he joined the Jiménez Salas and Associates Firm in Caracas as Assistant Attorney but by the end of 2004 he was promoted to Associate attorney.
He has represented several companies and mercantile societies as well as individuals before Courts handling Civil Commercial, Child Family and Adolescent Protection matters before Litigious Administrative Courts and the Higher Courts of Justice.
He has developed his practice mainly in the field of Civil and Procedural Law; however, his investigative abilities to search for alternative juridical solutions qualify him to handle commercial matters as well.
